Bleach Powder is fine-grained and super air floated to give you maximum spread.For bleaching:Mix bleach powder mild with 2 to 3 parts of oxidizing emulsion vol 20 in a non-metallic bowl and blend into a creamy paste. Apply the mixture to the area to be bleached. Rinse with water after 15 to 20 minutes. Use soothing lotion or soothing cream in case of itching or redness.
